What is your return policy for bridesmaid dresses?
Since our dresses are made-to-order based on your specific color and size selections, they are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. We encourage ordering fabric swatches before committing to a color.
Can I order extra fabric for customizations?
Absolutely. Most of our designers allow you to purchase additional yards of matching fabric. Please contact our support team or your local showroom to add this to your order.
How do I ensure all my bridesmaids have the same dye lot?
To ensure color consistency, we recommend that the entire bridal party places their orders within the same 24-hour window. This allows us to process the group order as a single batch with the designer.
Do you offer rush shipping options?
Many of our designers offer rush production for an additional fee, reducing the wait time to 6-8 weeks. Availability depends on the specific style and the designer's current schedule.
