At Bella Bridesmaids, each dress is custom-ordered to your specific color and size requirements; therefore, we offer a curated return process for select ready-to-ship accessories and eligible unworn items. Please note that most made-to-order gowns are final sale to ensure the highest quality and color consistency for your bridal party.

Return Process

  Review Eligibility

  Verify that your item is eligible for return by checking the product page or your order confirmation; items must be in original condition with all tags attached.

• 2.
  Request Authorization

  Contact your local Bella Bridesmaids showroom or use our online portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 14 days of delivery.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items with the original packing slip and affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
